Co-Founder & Visionary Behind the Wheel | Systems Architect | Car Enthusiast | Heart-Driven Founder Big Energy, Big Heart.
Aziz Elia is the visionary behind Revved Up Wishes—a man whose passion for engineering and supercars evolved into a mission to bring joy to children facing life-threatening illnesses. As co-founder of the foundation and a seasoned systems architect, Aziz brings both technical precision and heartfelt purpose to everything he builds—from secure data platforms to unforgettable moments for families in need.
He holds decades of experience developing large-scale identity and data integration systems that serve educational institutions across the country. A self-taught coder, Aziz helped build his family’s education technology company from the ground up—creating real-time platforms now used by school systems nationwide.
But everything changed after a life-threatening medical emergency left him fighting for his own second chance. That experience became a turning point, transforming his lifelong love of fast cars into something far more meaningful: a vehicle for joy, hope, and healing. Revved Up Wishes was born from that moment—a way to bring smiles to kids who’ve been through more than their share of hardship.
Aziz and his wife, Michelle, share a personal collection of exotic supercars—from Ferrari and Lamborghini to McLaren and Porsche. But for Aziz, these aren’t trophies—they’re tools for connection. Whether he’s handing a child a helmet or revving the engine for a first ride, he believes every moment of fun is a chance to give kids joy.
A proud father of four and grandpa to six, Aziz is the steady force behind his family, his company, and the foundation. He lives by a simple belief: share what you love, and bring others along for the ride. His presence is as bold as his cars—and his heart is even bigger.
“A second chance is a gift — and the most meaningful way to honor it is by striving to give children their first.”

Co-Founder & Financial Officer
Tech Executive | Operations Architect | Mom | Grandma | Quiet Superhero for Kids.
Most people meet Michelle Elia and see someone soft-spoken, serious, and thoughtful—and they wouldn’t be wrong. But give it five minutes. That quiet strength opens up into a big, warm laugh, a sparkling smile, and a no-nonsense drive to make good things happen for people who need it.
Michelle is the Co-Founder and Financial Officer of Revved Up Wishes Foundation, where she’s the one quietly orchestrating every detail—making sure each dollar stretches, every event runs smoothly, and each child leaves with memories that last forever. She’s the glue behind the scenes, the one who keeps everything moving forward while keeping the mission close to heart.
And that heart? It’s enormous.
As a mom of four, Michelle’s house was always full—but not just with her own kids. Over the years, she became the kind of grown-up every young person needs in their corner: a steady guide, a soft place to land, and the kind of love that made you feel like family—even if you weren’t born into it.
Professionally, Michelle is the CEO and CFO of the Elia family’s education technology company, where she leads high-stakes projects that serve school systems and government agencies across the country. She manages the operations from top to bottom—overseeing logistics, RFPs, technical documentation, timelines, contracts, and long-term strategy. She doesn’t write code—but she makes sure everything else is flawless, scalable, and grounded in purpose.
Her belief in the power of technology to uplift kids is what inspired her to pursue a Ph.D. in Education, focused on identifying students who don’t raise red flags on paper but still quietly drop out. These “invisible outliers” have always been at the center of her work—whether through software, systems, or supercars.
Revved Up Wishes is her way of bringing that same vision into the community. For Michelle, horsepower and heart go hand-in-hand—and nothing makes her prouder than turning a lifelong love of cars into pure joy for kids who deserve something special.
